Why aren't all of my downloads working?
One of the things that could have interfered with your download is any pop-up blocking software running. This kind of program interferes with our scripts and of program running, disable it and try the download again. The download should start correctly.
Do you support Mac users?
At this time, Freeze.Com's content is focused on PC users. As a result, some of our content may not be compatable with Mac Operating Systems. We apologize for the inconvineince. Freeze.Com is constantly updating, so it is recommended that you check back frequently.
Uninstall Information
If, at any time, you decide you do not want any of the software or offers that you have downloaded during this process, you can easily uninstall them via Windows' "Add/Remove Programs" using the following instructions:
Windows 7 & Vista
- From the Start Menu, select Control Panel.
- Under Programs click the Uninstall a Program link.
- Select the program you wish to remove and right click then select Uninstall/Change.
- Follow the prompts to finish the uninstallation of the software.
Windows XP
- From the Start Menu, select Control Panel.
- Click the Add or Remove Programs icon.
- Select the program you wish to remove and click on the "Remove" or "Change/Remove" button.
- Follow the prompts to finish the uninstallation of the software.
Windows 95, 98, Me, NT, 2000, and XP in Classic View
- From the Start Menu, select Settings, and then Control Panel
- Double-click the "Add/Remove Programs" icon.
- Select the program you wish to remove and click on the "Remove" or "Change/Remove" button.
- Follow the prompts to finish the uninstallation of the software.
Please Note:
Upon uninstall of the software certain data such as folders, files, registry keys, and cookies, may remain on your machine.
